Rob Roberge

Rob was a successful bricklayer for over a decade before focussing more on development as a whole in 2010. Since then, Rob has seen through a number of developments and refurbishments all over Essex. 

  • Started the Roberge franchise in 2002
  • Successful bricklayer for over a decade
  • Over 10 years development experience
  • Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management

Ben Himsworth

Working in the Construction Industry since graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 1999 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering Commercial Management.

  • Appointed Commercial Director in 2006
  • Successful bricklayer for over a decade

Mark Jarvis

Been at Roberge from the beginning working with Rob progressing from Bricklayer to Foreman to Contracts Manager.

  • Appointed Director in 2002
  • IOSH qualified in Managing Health & Safety
  • 25+ years masonry trade experience
  • Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management

Steve Wright

Started with Roberge in 2002, tasked with improving quality and tightening Health & Safety standards on all sites applying a wealth of knowledge and experience.

  • Approved NPORS trainer/instructor
  • Approved ITSSAR trainer/instructor
  • NEBOSH qualified in Health & Safety
  • Highly qualified in quality control measures

Lesley Potter

Been involved in the Construction Sector for many years, joined Roberge in 2017 administrating the financial accounts for the Group of Companies.

  • Proficient in payroll and Sage accounting software
  • In depth knowledge with CIS and CITB schemes
